SA-L8 The Deliverance 1999

THE SECOND ADVENT

THE COMING OF “ONE LIKE THE SON OF MAN”

Letter #8 In The Series

March 1999

The Deliverance

On the 14th day of the first month at even is the Passover (Leviticus 23:5), a memorial of the deliverance from slavery, Egypt (worldliness).  In the third month the fire came down on the Mountain.  The Lord’s Supper, the promise of the deliverance from sin, Jesus the Messiah and those whose graves were opened had that deliverance.  In the third month the fire came down on the people.

Be glad then, ye children of Zion, and rejoice in the LORD your God: for he hath given you the former rain moderately, and he will cause to come down for you the rain, the former rain, and the latter rain in the first month.  Joel 2:23.

Here we have the deliverance from Egypt, worldliness and the deliverance from sin in the first month.  In the third month we see that the fire came down.  Fire represents the Holy Spirit, so the Spirit came down on the Mountain and on the people, the former and latter rain of fire in the third month.  But Joel says that, he will cause to come down for you the rain, the former rain, and the latter rain in the first month.  The first month is “wave sheaf” time or the first of the first fruits.  The third month is the time of the first fruits.  So in the ‘time of the wave sheaf’ the Lord will give the former and latter rain of fire in the first month.  This is the antitype of Jesus breathing on His disciples.

And it shall come to pass in the last days, that the mountain of the Lord’s house shall be established in the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall flow unto it.  And many people shall go and say, Come ye, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.  Isaiah 2:2-3.

This is the “mountain” that the fire comes down on.  But who are the people?  Oh, they are the wave sheaf, but who are the wave sheaf? The wave sheaf is the promise of the harvest to be harvested.  And they sing the song of Moses and the Lamb.  The 144,000 are the first fruits of the harvest.  But what is the song of Moses?  Moses was told, Now, then, write this song for you, and teach it to the sons of Israel. Put it in their mouths, so that this song shall be for a witness to Me against the sons of Israel. Deuteronomy 31:19

Moses therefore wrote this song the same day, and taught it the children of Israel... And it came to pass, when Moses had made an end of writing the words of this law in a book, until they were finished, That Moses commanded the Levites, which bare the ark of the covenant of the LORD, saying, Take this book of the law, and put it in the side of the ark of the covenant of the LORD your God, that it may be there for a witness against thee.   Deuteronomy 31:22-26.

And it shall be for a sign unto thee upon thine hand, and for a memorial between thine eyes, that the Lord’s law may be in thy mouth: for with a strong hand hath the LORD brought thee out of Egypt.  Thou shalt therefore keep this ordinance in his season from year to year.  Exodus 13:9-10.

From these verses we see that God told Moses to put the song in the mouth and to put the Law into the mouth, and take this book of the law, and put it in the side of the ark.  This book of the law, the song of Moses, was to be for a memorial to keep it in his season from year to year.  This “song of Moses”, the story of deliverance from Egypt, is not only to be kept fresh in the minds of His people as a memorial looking back, but as a promise of that great deliverance looking into the future.  The “song of the Lamb” is what Jesus took from the Passover table of unleavened bread, blessing it, saying, “take, eat; this is my body, which is broken for you: this do in remembrance of me.” In like manner He took the cup and said, “This cup is the new testament in my blood: this do ye, as oft as ye drink it, in remembrance of me.” In taking the bread and the wine from the Passover table, He was showing how the “song of Moses and the Lamb” perfectly flows together.

For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies.  And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.  For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities...And the merchants of the earth shall weep and mourn over her; for no man buyeth their merchandise any more.  Rev 18:3-5, 11.

This says that, the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies (worldly holidays).

But if from thence thou shalt seek the LORD thy God, thou shalt find him, if thou seek him with all thy heart and with all thy soul.  When thou art in tribulation, and all these things are come upon thee, even in the latter days, if thou turn to the LORD thy God, and shalt be obedient unto his voice; (For the LORD thy God is a merciful God;) he will not forsake thee, neither destroy thee, nor forget the covenant of thy fathers which he sware unto them.  Deuteronomy 4:29-31.

This says, when we are in tribulation, in other words when the great time of trouble comes upon the world in the last days, if we will turn again to our God we will show our obedience by keeping His Holy Days in their proper seasons each year.  The side effect of this is that the worldly holidays will begin to be neglected and the merchants will feel this change at the cash register.  It is not that God does not want the merchants to make money; but that God wants His people to obey His Law, even the Law He had Moses put in their mouth and in the side of the ark

These types were fulfilled, not only as to the event, but as to the time. On the fourteenth day of the first Jewish month, the very day and month on which, for fifteen long centuries, the passover lamb had been slain, Christ, having eaten the passover with his disciples, instituted that feast which was to commemorate his own death as “the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.”  That same night he was taken by wicked hands, to be crucified and slain. And as the antitype of the wave-sheaf, our Lord was raised from the dead on the third day, “the first-fruits of them that slept,” [1 Corinthians 15:20.] a sample of all the resurrected just, whose “vile body” shall be changed, and “fashioned like unto his glorious body.” [Philippians 3:21.]

In like manner the types which relate to the second advent must be fulfilled at the TIME pointed out in the symbolic service.  Under the Mosaic system the cleansing of the sanctuary, or the great Day of Atonement, occurred on the tenth day of the seventh Jewish month (Lev. 16:29-34), when the high priest, made an atonement for all Israel, and thus removed their sins from the sanctuary, came forth and blessed the people...  GC88 399

God said that He would make a new covenant.  He would not put His law in the mouth but write it in their hearts.  Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which my covenant they brake, although I was an husband unto them, saith the LORD: But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people.  And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.  Jeremiah 31:32-34.

Whereof the Holy Ghost also is a witness to us: for after that he had said before, This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them; And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more.  Now where remission of these is, there is no more offering for sin.  Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus, By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh;  Hebrews 10:15-20.

When God hath given you the former rain moderately, and he will cause to come down for you the rain, the former rain, and the latter rain in the first month.  This will begin the time for that new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh.  With this beginning of the harvest their sins and iniquities will I remember no more.  Now where remission of these is, there is no more offering for sin.

The former rain and the latter rain have more that one application.  Rain, according to Deuteronomy, is doctrine, doctrine is truth, truth is the “Word”.  When it was time for the Messiah to come, John began to announce the Messiah’s coming.  John’s ministry began six months before Jesus’ ministry.  John had the former rain because his ministry started at Passover time, the time of the spring rains.  Jesus ministry started at the time of the feast of Tabernacles, the time of the fall rains, just before harvest.  In God’s plan, the rain didn’t come during the harvest, because it would spoil the harvest.

My doctrine shall drop as the rain, my speech shall distil as the dew, as the small rain upon the tender herb, and as the showers upon the grass: Deuteronomy 32:2.

The deliverance from the author of sin and

The deliverance from the worldly Kingdoms

And he shall plant the tabernacles of his palace between the seas in the glorious holy mountain; yet he shall come to his end, and none shall help him.  Daniel 11:45.

The “man of sin” will plant the tabernacles of his palace between the seas in the glorious holy mountain.  The seas are the people and the glorious holy mountain is God’s kingdom.  By placing this obstacle in the way to the kingdom, Satan makes his last stand to keep the redeemed from being able to flee to the mountain of the house of the Lord.  Yet he shall come to his end, and none shall help him.

How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!  For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: I will ascend above the heights of the clouds (God’s throne); I will be like the most High.  Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit.  They that see thee shall narrowly look upon thee, and consider thee, saying, Is this the man that made the earth to tremble, that did shake kingdoms;  Isaiah 14:12-16.

How does Lucifer weaken the nations?

Keep therefore and do them, for this is your wisdom and your understanding in the sight of the nations, which shall hear all these statutes, and say, Surely this great nation is a wise and understanding people.  For what nation is there so great, who hath God so nigh unto them as the LORD our God is in all things that we call upon him for?  And what nation is there so great, that hath statutes and judgments so righteous as all this law, which I set before you this day?  Deuteronomy 4:6-8.

When Lucifer, the author of sin, changes the “times and laws” it weakens those who imbibe in the change.  And takes away the life that God has promised.

And he said unto them, Set your hearts unto all the words which I testify among you this day, which ye shall command your children to observe to do, all the words of this law.  For it is not a vain thing for you; because it is your life: and through this thing ye shall prolong your days in the land, whither ye go over Jordan to possess it.  Deuteronomy 32:46-47.

This promise for long life is like the one in the fifth Commandment, for it too gives long life.

And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand.  And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years, And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season.  And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.  Revelation 20:1-4.

Behold, the former things are come to pass, and new things do I declare: before they spring forth I tell you of them.  Sing unto the LORD a new song, and his praise from the end of the earth, ye that go down to the sea, and all that is therein, the isles, and the inhabitants thereof. Isaiah 42:9-10.

And in mercy shall the throne be established: and he shall sit upon it in truth in the tabernacle of David, judging, and seeking judgment, and hasting righteousness.  Isaiah 16:5.

This binding is seen in Daniel where he talks about the head that was wounded unto death, but the deadly wound was healed.  This happened when the representative of Satan was put into prison in 1798.  That took place within the 2300 day, year, prophetic prophecy.  “The former things are come to pass, and new things do I declare”.  Now in the literal application of this same prophecy Satan will be put into prison by the Angel.  “And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them and they lived and reigned with Christ.”

Daniel tells us the same thing again Until the Ancient of days came, and judgment was given to the saints of the most High; and the time came that the saints possessed the kingdom.”  Daniel 7:22.

The LORD reigneth; let the earth rejoice; let the multitude of isles be glad thereof.  Clouds and darkness are round about him: righteousness and judgment are the habitation of his throne.  A fire goeth before him, and bumeth up his enemies round about.  Psalms 97:1-3.

Here we see that Clouds are His Throne where He brings judgment, and at that time is when the saints possessed the kingdom.

Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.  1 Thessalonians 4:17.

In these Clouds, thrones, is where the righteous rule and reign with Christ.  The only way this can happen is for Satan to be bound and the changes in the times and laws be made of none effect.  During the kingdom reign here on Earth is when God chooses to glorify His Name and His Laws.  The application of the prophetic prophecy, “Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord”, is to rule and reign with Christ.  The literal is when Jesus returns to receive His kingdom.  Sometimes it is very hard to keep the literal and the prophetic prophecies separated.

Talking about Satan, Thine heart was lifted up because of thy beauty, thou hast corrupted thy wisdom by reason of thy brightness: I will cast thee to the ground, I will lay thee before kings, that they may behold thee.  Thou hast defiled thy sanctuaries by the multitude of thine iniquities, by the iniquity of thy traffick; therefore will I bring forth a fire from the midst of thee, it shall devour thee, and I will bring thee to ashes upon the earth in the sight of all them that behold thee.  All they that know thee among the people shall be astonished at thee: thou shalt be a terror, and never shalt thou be any more.  Ezekiel 28:17-19.

The deliverance from Babylon

And there followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.  And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb: Revelation 14:8-10.

Babylon falls two different times.  Babylon means confusion.  God confused their language at the time of the tower of Babel (Genesis 11).  The first fall of Revelation 14 is when God brought His people to the end of the prophecy of Daniel 8 and 9.  With the end of the 2300 days came the message of the Sabbath, the Sanctuary and the state of the dead.  My doctrine shall drop as the rain, my speech shall distil as the dew, as the small rain upon the tender herb, and as the showers upon the grass: Deuteronomy 32:2.  Here is another application for the rain in its seasons (appointed times).  With the churches not accepting these doctrines, confusion took over the churches.  The second fall has to do with the Nations.  The second fall is when she makes all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication (change of the times and laws).  So the nations fall when God brings His kingdom of Glory.  The glorious part of His kingdom is His family.  But people say, God is One, there is no family.  So, with this saying, the Nations fall.

For the Father loveth the Son, and sheweth him all things that himself doeth: and he will shew him greater works than these, that ye may marvel.  For as the Father raiseth up the dead, and quickeneth them; even so the Son quickeneth whom he will.  For the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son: That all men should honour the Son, even as they honour the Father.  He that honoureth not the Son honoureth not the Father which hath sent him.  Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.  Verily, verily, I say unto you, The hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God: and they that hear shall live.  For as the Father hath life in himself, so hath he given to the Son to have life in himself, And hath given him authority to execute judgment also, because he is the Son of man.  Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice, And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation.  I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me. John 5:20-30.

“My doctrine shall drop as the rain.”  Here Jesus says, I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me.  And the Father himself, which hath sent me, hath borne witness of me.  Ye have neither heard his voice at any time, nor seen his shape.  John 5:37.  For the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son: That all men should honour the Son, even as they honour the Father.  He that honoureth not the Son honoureth not the Father which hath sent him.”  “Whosoever shall receive this child in my name receiveth me: and whosoever shall receive me receiveth him that sent me. Luke 9:48.  The hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God: and they that hear shall live.  For as the Father hath life in himself, so hath he given to the Son to have life in himself, And hath given him authority to execute judgment also, because he is the Son of man.  Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice,  And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation.  John 5:25-29.  Daniel says, and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.  And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt.  And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever.  Daniel 12:1-3.  Here we see that Daniel’s words and Jesus’ words tell the same thing about the deliverance.

In the revelation of the family in Heaven, God, at Mt. Sinai, revealed the Father when He said, Turn, O backsliding children, saith the LORD; for I am married unto you: and I will take you one of a city, and two of a family, and I will bring you to Zion:  Jeremiah 3:14.  When Jesus, the Son of God, came, He revealed the Son.  At Pentecost the Spirit was revealed, the Three Angels that fly in the midst of Heaven.  The second fall of Babylon has to do with not understanding that Jesus becomes “The Everlasting Father”.  Such is the repeat of the First Angels message.  Becoming the Father He reveals His family.  The woman seen in Heaven in Revelation 12 is the Second Angels message.  She reveals Herself in the “Wilderness” for the three and one half Years.  The “joining” of the angel has to do with the one that has the sharp sickle, the repeat of the Third Angel.  And I looked, and behold a white cloud, and upon the cloud one sat like unto the Son of man, having on his head a golden crown, and in his hand a sharp sickle.  Rev 14:14.  This message brings the “Judgment of the Living”, the “one like the Son of Man” that does the judgment.  “My doctrine shall drop as the rain” is the deliverance from Babylon, confusion.  The Three Angels flying in the midst of Heaven, having the everlasting gospel, are the ones that make “the Atonement”, these are the ones who bring the family on Earth back into harmony with the Family in Heaven.

And Moses said unto the people, Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the LORD, which he will shew to you to day: for the Egyptians whom ye have seen to day, ye shall see them again no more for ever.  The LORD shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace.  Exodus 14:13-14.

Thou sawest till that a stone was cut out without hands, which smote the image upon his feet that were of iron and clay, and brake them to pieces.  Then was the iron, the clay, the brass, the silver, and the gold, broken to pieces together, and became like the chaff of the summer threshingfloors; and the wind carried them away, that no place was found for them: and the stone that smote the image became a great mountain, and filled the whole earth.  Daniel 2:34-35.

Whosoever shall fall upon that stone shall be broken; but on whomsoever it shall fall, it will grind him to powder.  Luke 20:18.

Hear the word of the LORD, O ye nations, and declare it in the isles afar off, and say, He that scattered Israel will gather him, and keep him, as a shepherd doth his flock.  Jeremiah 31:I0.

And I will bring you out from the people, and will gather you out of the countries wherein ye are scattered, with a mighty hand, and with a stretched out arm, and with fury poured out.  And I will bring you into the wilderness of the people, and there will I plead with you face to face. Ezekiel 20:34-35.

I will accept you with your sweet savour, when I bring you out from the people, and gather you out of the countries wherein ye have been scattered; and I will be sanctified in you before the heathen.  Ezekiel 20:41.

Thus saith the LORD of hosts; There shall yet old men and old women dwell in the streets of Jerusalem, and every man with his staff in his hand for very age.  And the streets of the city shall be full of boys and girls playing in the streets thereof Thus saith the LORD of hosts; If it be marvellous in the eyes of the remnant of this people in these days, should it also be marvellous in mine eyes? saith the LORD of hosts.  Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Behold, I will save my people from the east country, and from the west country; And I will bring them, and they shall dwell in the midst of Jerusalem: and they shall be my people, and I will be their God, in truth and in righteousness.  Zechariah 8:4-8.

The Lord says, Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the LORD, which he will shew to you to day:  This is like, and the image became like the chaff of the summer threshing floors and the wind carried them away, that no place was found for them: and the stone that smote the image became a great mountain, and filled the whole earth.  And I will bring you into the wilderness.  I will save my people from the east country, and from the west country; And I will bring them, and they shall dwell in the midst of JerUSAlem: and they shall be my people, and I will be their God.”  Here we see the Lord doing again the things that He did in old times.  There is not room enough in the streets to hold the people from the east country, and from the west country; but there is in the midst of Jer-USA-lem, the U.S.A. The deliverance from Babylon, Medo-Persia, Grease and Rome is like “stand still, and see the salvation of the LORD”, which he will shew to you today, the day of the seven thunders.

There are many symbols that tell about the two advents.  Lets talk about three of them. (1) When God gave to Moses the two tablets of stone, the stone pointed to the Messiah.  Moses, under the influence of the Holy Spirit, threw the stones down and broke them, showing that the Messiah is broken for us.

At that time the LORD said unto me, Hew thee two tables of stone like unto the first, and come up unto me into the mount, and make thee an ark of shittim wood.  And I will write on the tables the words that were in the first tables which thou brakest, and thou shalt put them in the ark.  And I made an ark of shittim wood, and hewed two tables of stone like unto the first, and went up into the mount, having the two tables in mine hand.  And he wrote on the tables, according to the first writing, the ten commandments, which the LORD spake unto you in the mount out of the midst of the fire in the day of the assembly: and the LORD gave them unto me.  And I turned myself and came down from the mount, and put the tables in the ark which I had made; and there they be, as the LORD commanded me.  Deuteronomy 10:1-5.

In putting the tables of stone into the ark it shows that the second coming of the Messiah is to be in the kingdom, for the ark is that place of safety, the kingdom. (2) And he (Aaron) shall take the two goats, and present them before the LORD at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.  And Aaron shall cast lots upon the two goats; one lot for the LORD, and the other lot for the scapegoat.  And Aaron shall bring the goat upon which the LORD’s lot fell, and offer him for a sin offering.  But the goat, on which the lot fell to be the scapegoat, shall be presented alive before the LORD, to make an atonement with him, and to let him go for a scapegoat into the wilderness.  Leviticus 16:7-10.  Here we see that the scapegoat is presented alive before the LORD, to make an atonement in the wilderness. (3) In the dream that the king of Babylon had, the different parts of the image represented Babylon, Medo-Persia, Grease and Rome and the stone represents Gods kingdom (Daniel 2:44), the second coming.  When Medo-Persia became a world kingdom, Babylon went down.  Then, when Greece became a world kingdom the Medo-Persian kingdom went down.  When Rome became a world kingdom Greece went down.  Each one of these world empires left their imprint. Some of these are still with us.  The Roman calendar, with the change in the times and laws, is still being used.

But tidings out of the east and out of the north shall trouble him: therefore he shall go forth with great fury to destroy, and utterly to make away many.  And he shall plant the tabernacles of his palace between the seas in the glorious holy mountain; yet he shall come to his end, and none shall help him.  Daniel 11:44-45.

This tells us that the Roman power will be destroyed.  If we use the kingdoms rise and fall as a rule, then the stone kingdom comes into existence before the fall of Rome.  In 1776 the U.S.A. became a Nation.  In 1798 the Pope, the last ruling power for Rome, was put into prison.

In Revelation 13:11-18;  And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two homs like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.  And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.  And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men, And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.  And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.  And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.  Here is wisdom.  Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.  Here we see that this beast comes out of the Earth not the sea.  The Earth is a place not inhabited or wilderness where as the sea represents peoples.  And another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb.  We have never looked at this part of this prophecy, so let’s take a look.

And his father Zacharias was filled with the Holy Ghost, and prophesied, saying, Blessed be the Lord God of Israel; for he hath visited and redeemed his people, And hath raised up an horn of salvation for us in the house of his servant David; As he spake by the mouth of his holy prophets, which have been since the world began: Luke 1:67-70.

He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David: Luke 1:32

Here we see that God raised up a horn of salvation for us and like the two tablets of Stone, and the two goats that make an atonement so are there two Lamb like Horns.  These two Horns are the power of the beast.  But Jesus in telling about the kingdom told this parable:

There was a certain householder, which planted a vineyard, and hedged it round about, and digged a winepress in it, and built a tower, and let it out to husbandman, and went into a far country: And when the time of the fruit drew near, he sent his servants to the husbandman, that they might receive the fruits of it.  And the husbandman took his servants, and beat one, and killed another, and stoned another.  Again, he sent other servants more than the first: and they did unto them likewise.  But last of all he sent unto them his son, saying, They will reverence my son.  But when the husbandman saw the son, they said among themselves, This is the heir; come, let us kill him, and let us seize on his inheritance.  And they caught him and cast him out of the vineyard, and slew him.  When the lord therefore of the vineyard cometh, what will he do unto those husbandman?  Matthew 21:33-40.

In speaking as a dragon this nation enforces the “times and laws” that was changed during the times of the kingdoms that came out of the seas.  These two Lamb like Horns represent the two that bring the deliverance, one from sin and the other from the worldly system that changed “the times and laws”.  This brings us back into the fellowship with the Creator and all creation.  For the earnest expectation of the creation eagerly waits for the revealing of the Sons of God.  Romans 8:19 (NKJ)
